3. Services

MenuHatch provides a SaaS platform enabling restaurants to create and manage QR code menus. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. Subscription and Free Trial

• Plans: We offer 1-month and 1-year subscriptions, payable via third-party providers like Paddle.
• Free Trial: A 1- or 2-week free trial with full functionality is available. No payment is required during the trial.
• Automatic Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. On deactivation, payments for the period are forfeited.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds are offered after the free trial, except in rare cases at our discretion (e.g., unresolved technical failures). See our Refund Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information via our contact form or account setup.
• Use the Service lawfully and per these terms.
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized users.

7. User-Uploaded Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, including text, images, and QR code data (“Content”). You warrant that your Content does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, especially for images. You grant MenuHatch a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process Content to provide the Service. We may remove violating Content without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Service, including code, design, and branding, is owned by MenuHatch and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing Content.
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited ads.
