Subscriptions (1-month or 1-year) are non-refundable after the trial, as you’ve tested the Service.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

• Unresolved technical issues after 48 hours.
• Verified double-billing errors.

5. Cancellation

On account deactivation, payments for the subscription period are forfeited.
